Airstream is still building its trailers, and like 
everything else that is this complex and is hand built, 
there can be some problems.

If your friend bought this new, they should take it right 
back to the dealer and insist that it be made right.

I'm curious, I don't think Ikea has had anything to do with 
the design process, do you mean the CCD version ?
