[A/S] question for new airstream owners

hi newer to the group and wanted to ask a ?...  My
friend bought a new 22' Airstream (can't recall the
model at the moment)  with the "Ikea inspired
interior" and has had nothing but trouble with it
since right after bringing it home.  One of the booths
came right out of the floor... seems that the
rivets/screws are way too short and a bear to get a
rachet in to put back in.  One of the drawers sticks
horribly... One panel near the door vibrates alot.  Oh
the list goes on and on... he paid 40K for this
Airstream.... It is our understanding that Airstream
no longer builds their own travel trailers but the
prices are still way way up.  Anyway my friend wanted
me to ask if anyone else has had minor or serious
problems with a newer Airstream?  Thanks so much...
