Hello All,
I recently came back from a travel and dealing with the awning thing
also. I used Liquid Wrench to clean the arms and lubricate. Works
much better than the WD40 and won't dry out. Also I had not used the
awning in over a year so thats my advice on the Zip Dee Awning.
