Thanks for all the detailed info, I am currently installing a Carrier unit
in a '61 Avion Tourist and am likely to have the same curved roof problem,
very helpful!  I am wondering if you have used  the unit enough to to have
an opinion of it otherwise. I am very curious if  Carrier's "condensate
slinger" works well enough to keep water from dripping down the sides of
the trailer.
