Vulkem sealer is used for large seams and Parbond is used for small 
seams.

Using vulkem for the large seams eliminates the need for a syringe.

Before you attack the seams, I would suggest you inspect all the window 
gaskets, door gaskets, and the access compartment gaskets.

Most importantly, you must take one of the sewer vent pipe covers off. 
When you do you will find a flat gasket considerably cracked. That 
gasket must be replaced under each of the sewer vent pipe
covers.

Lastly, when your on the roof, look for loose or missing rivets.
