we have an 85 excella. new to us. many repairs! Also we have a leak of 
unknown origin. purchased 5 tubes of the "new type" of volcum and 
syringes. What do we do next? Do we scrape out all the old sealant? 
Open seams? clean with...ammonia/mineral spirits/soap and water??? We 
want --obviously-- to get the coach SUPER sealed up, so we can finish 
the floor repairs and finally enjoy our "new" house. 
Advice, experiences appreciated!
