I have a Honda 3000 that I run my 13500 BTU/hr AC. The only time it has 
failed to run the AC was when my wife decided to run the hair drier at 
the same time :-)

It is a great generator in all ways except, and this is a big except, it 
is too heavy to pick up entirely off the ground. I have to use a ramp.
