RE: [A/S] Generator



The starting current draw is the limiting factor. A 3000 watt generator will
keep the a/c running once started, but, once the compressor shuts down, it
probably won't start up again.

The Honda 3000 only supplies about 23 amps, which is not enough. Two 2000's in
parallel will supply 30 or more, which will usually do the trick, unless the a/c
is pretty old.
