[A/S] Corrosion on parts

Don't know if I've asked this group before or not, but would like to 
know if anyone has "magic" potion to use on door hinges, tail light 
housing, other similar parts on the Airstream that have begun to 
corrode while our CCD has been sitting in the lot waiting to be used. 
Could be from the salt air (?) since we live on Florida's east coast.

Would like to know if I can polish the areas back to original and if 
there is something I can use to keep this from happening. Naturally, 
doesn't happen on the skin of the AS, just on hinges and things like 
that.
