Hi, Jerry:


         Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but when I want to use my tank water 
instead of the shore water, I just turn the shore water spigot off.  Not as 
convenient as re-plumbing, especially if you want to go back and forth a 
lot.  Another possibility would be to turn the spigot off, then fill a 1 
gal. bottle with tank water (for the fridge), then turn the spigot back on.
