Hi Rose, Welcome to the list! Your trailer is gorgeous, I love the real wood. I know you can sanitize the fresh water tank with a little Chlorox.... someone else will give you the amount. You asked on the website about the sticky stuff on the walls.... there is a cure for that too..... someone will speak up. Hunter
