[A/S] Truck Frame

A while back in this or the VAC list, someone wrote in about trying to get a 
hitch put on their new Toyota truck at a U-Haul dealership. They would not put it 
on and directed the customer to a Toyota Directive saying not to use equalizing 
hitches on their trucks because the frames were bending. When I asked a frame and 
alignment guy about it he was aware of it and said Dodge was having frame 
cracking problems. From these lists there have also been stories about 
frame/hitch problems with GM vehicles, I saw one big Chevy that the hitch 
colapsed while going across a dip while towing a trailer. Any stories or 
discussion seems very appropriate for a trailer list. Phil
