[A/S] Truck frames

When's the last time we've seen reports of truck frame failures or 
inadequacies being a problem in tow vehicles? Lots of discussion in 
A/S forums and truck forums about engines, transmissions, suspension, 
shocks, brakes, tires, etc. etc. When a tow vehicle is inadequate to 
its task, the primary point of failure isn't the frame. IHMO, there 
are many other factors that as a practical matter should take 
precedence in selecting a tow vehicle; the frame strength is taken 
into account by the vehicle manufacturer when tow ratings are 
established.
