This makes me smile. We spent a winter in the Airstream with 30 below temps mid winter. We put about 6 inches of cardboard on the floor, but the heater just barely made a dent in it ;) We spent a lot of time bundled up. If I had to go through that again, I would want a covered shelter for the trailer.
