RE: [A/S] re:Older tow vehicles

Hunter is right on. Can a hemi powered 300C pull a 34' ft A/S, sure, but
can it handle it is the issue, especially under adverse conditions. When
the trailer so outweighs the tow vehicle, the tail wagging the dog is
inevitable. Maybe we do tend to err on tow vehicle overkill, but having
more tow vehicle than needed, will never get you into trouble, while a
marginal or overloaded one is an accident waiting to happen. Chrysler never
intended the 300C to be RV tow vehicle as their specs clearly indicate. As
Hunter has already pointed out, wheelbase, tire ratings, braking, suspension
are far more important that just horsepower under the hood.
