LP is actually a mixture of gases, primarily Propane and Butane. Butane has a lower vapor pressure when cold. You might have a higher percentage of Butane than normal in that tank. This would give you a lower pressure in cold weather. Get a fresh refill in that empty tank from a different place and switch to it and see what happens. Jerry 4404
