[A/S] low flame



The propane tank ran out last night.  After switching over to the
second tank this morning I found that the flame was weak.  When I turn
on the stove the flame is not as large as usual when on high.  When I
turn the stove to low it goes out. 

Any suggestion on what might be wrong?  There might be air in the
line.  How can I bleed the line of air?  Hope someone can help.  This
is affecting the furnace as well and it is pretty cold out side.
