I have a F-350 with 7.3 liter engine and get better mileage than what he 
is stating for his friend's truck.  Towing the 34' Excella, fully 
loaded, extra 35 gallons of diesel in rear, I still get 12 mpg.  Just 
the truck, I get 15.7 mpg.  This was over a 7,000 mile trip last summer.
