Interesting comment since I had two complaints
regarding my curtains on our '04 Classic.  First the
velcro tabs were incorrectly installed which led to a
pair being mismated and unable to attach to each
other.  Second, the same two panels were dirty when
the trailer was delivered.  

The two panels were reordered and apparently because
this pair resided in the slide out, caused a lot of
difficulities between my dealer and Airstream. 
Apparently the dealer kept getting the wrong pair in
and eventually asked Airstream to send the velcro and
they would have a dry cleaner replace the tabs.  They
also planned to have the pair cleaned at the same
time.

All I know is when I picked up the trailer 2 weeks
later, the dealer said that they ended up installing
new curtains, not only the pair with the problem but
the pair next to them also.

I assume that either a disaster occured at the dry
cleaners or they finally ordered an entire set of
curtains for the slide out rather than piece meal two
panels.
