I looked the brand names on the web. Kodiak makes the disc calipers and
rotors. Actibrake makes the electrically-operated hydraulic servo, pump and
accessories such as hydraulic lines and fittings. They are both located in
Ft Worth. You can download the installation instructions and manual from
Actibrake. You probably have to buy through a dealer, but I think Actibrake
has a dealer locator on their website.
