Kevin,
I failed to mention that since the original A/S disc system was in fact a
hydraulic system from the disc brakes back to the controller mounted on the
trailer frame, converting to the a modern ElecDraulic/BrakeSmart combo would
just replace all that original hardware with equipment that can be more
easily maintained.
