Oliver,

I normally use a heavy duty 20' sewer hose.  The heavy
duty model costs more but is much more resiliant to
sharp objects and other things that punch holes.  As
far as the end, I use Presto-Fit ends that can screw
down or fit tight in the sewer lines.  In many
locations, just dropping the hose in the sewer outlet
is prohibited, plus it lets a lot of nasty sewer
smells into the air.
