I use the camco *kit* that Walmart sells. I like it because it's complete... 
has both ends.  The sewer end screws into sewer pipes and you just push the 
hose down into the screw in part.  You can also tighten the slinky easily, which 
I do everytime I dump. 

I use the heavy duty hose..... costs a bit more.

I did have to get a universal adaptor.... I'm over trying to deal with 
Thetford stuff...
