[A/S] Hensley - receiver height & bar drop

If two or three of you have a Hensley hitch and it is handy to measure
please let me know:

1. The height from the ground to the inside top of your tow vehicle
receiver when your tow vehicle is unloaded.

2. The offset or drop of your Hensley hitch bar, assuming you find it
to be appropriate for your tow vehicle.
