Probably so. The dish I plan on using when traveling
is my original dish that was on my house. It picks up
one dish only, so I will not received all of the
programming that my two satellite home dish does.
I would assume that if you are pointing only at the HD
satellite, and using a receiver with HD capacity, you
will only receive those HD channels that you subscribe
to.
