Very true, but if your yard is not perfectly level and paved, you would need
castors with some big tires on them, some powerful means of pushing the
trailer around, and some kind of brakes to keep it from getting away from
you, or worse, running over you.  In Europe they hook electric or hydraulic
motors up to their "carravan's" tires and put a castor wheel under the jack.
By controling each side separately with joysticks, they can drive them into
a parking spot.  That way you never really have to learn how to back one up.
