I have XM radio but am thinking if switching to Sirius because it has NPR. 
You can get a Sirius radio and car kit FREE if you know the secret code to 
use at the Sirius web site. The prom code to use is 070. Then select the 
radio at the bottom (JVC). That will take you to a page that asks for a 
referral id. Use the word stern. Then select the docking cradle you want. 
You have to subscribe to a years subscription but you do get the hardware
