well, here in Texas, especially in WEST Texas where there is ZERO Political
Correctness, my comment would not have been terribly out of context.
However, I am trying to point out just how much of a deleterious effect such a
dump has on some poor guy's tank who gets stuck with a pump out job after his
bacteria all die off.  iow, put yourself in the tank owner's shoes when Charlie
drives off and heads down the road.  in a week or less, his tank is showing all
the signs of failure, now requires calling in that pump which he rarely has to
use except when the feminine hygeine items, etc get dumped and start blocking
the outflow.  He makes money if he can put off calling that truck as long as
possible.

RV park owners never put up signs warning people to not do certain things
because they know that telling someone NOT to do something is a sure way to get
everyone to do something.  So, if they want someone to wash their trailers in a
certain area to help keep down the dirt/dust/grow grass, they leave a hose out
at that place and post a sign and give arrivals a note of rules telling them to
not take their trailers to that area (where a dump station is) and wash it.
