I did not see an answer posted for your questions, so I will give it a shot.

parking". In fact, there is a complete section in the directory dealing with
the subject. I think lots of Airstreamers that have "courtesy parking" have
at least "water" and "electric" of some voltage. You could pretty well tour
the country using "courtesy parking" if you didn't mind driving out of your
way to get to some of the locations. I am sure you would meet some wonderful
folks in the process.

An 'SOB" refers to "Some Other Brand" of RV. It can be any other brand other
than an Airstream.

The other term that often looses non Airstream folks that attend an
Airstream Rally is the term "On Horseback" At a recent Unit Rally of my
local unit, our new Vice President said she had looked all over the
campground for the horses the folks rode in on, but had not been able to
locate them. That got quiet a laugh from the members, because the term means
the members came to the rally in their car without bringing their Airstream.
It usually means they live very close by, and can't attend the entire rally
for some reason. They drive in for some part of the rally they can attend,
and are counted as attending "on Horseback" for attendance record keeping
purposes.
