Jim, If you're towing then I would probably change well before 60,000 miles. Do yourself a big favor and change out the rear end panel with an aluminum one from Mag-Hytec. It will add an additional qt. of fluid, has a magnetized dipstick to check fluid level and has a magnetized plug at the bottom of the panel for easy fluid drains in the future.
