You have asked one of those questions that can start a very long thread.
Let me be one of the first to offer an opinion.  The best is a heavy, long
wheelbase vehicle like an extended or crew cab, long bed, heavy duty pickup.
Newer GM HD series or Ford Super Duty models come to mind.
