I've been fulltiming since '86 and have used two services in that 
time.  Both were great, the first being in Sarasota, FL and now 
using SKP's in Livingston, TX.  I changed to SKP's because they were 
more flexible and cheaper.  If you are full timing, you can use the 
service as your "home" which allows you to choose a place with low 
or no income taxes.  

As to General Delivery, I have used it almost exclusively for the 
past 18 years and the only thing that has ever been said is that if 
I plan to be in that location for a period of time, I should get a 
box.  But ordinarily, GD works just fine.  (And the SKP service 
forwards my meds too).
