Not sure what size your gray water tank is, but we have 25 gallon 
capacity on our 1979 International.  Newer RV's seem to have larger 
tankage.

Anyway, we've gotten our water usage down to where a typical weekend 
trip will have the gray water tank at just below full.  For three day 
trips (haven't done anything longer then that yet) I bought one of 
those 4-wheeler blue tanks to haul the gray water to the dump station.

I was hesitant to buy this tank because of the cost and I didn't 
think the cheesey lawn mower wheels would hold up very long.  Turns 
out that some friends who are camp hosts at a state park, no sewer 
hook-ups) have used an identical tank for three years now.  That's 
using it every weekend for three years during the camping season!

A couple tricks I'll pass along:  To deter theft, I hook it up to the 
sewer outlet on the trailer, although the valves are closed, and 
remove the hitch handle.  Also, the hitch is just a steel ring which 
can pop off your hitch ball when you come to a stop.  To prevent this 
I have a short piece of rope tied to the ring, which I then tie 
around the drawbar on my truck after hitching up.
