I think in your AC main fuse box the univolt is on
a breaker of its own.   Just unhook that wire and
run it into a new 30 amp fuse box.
Put it on a heavy power cord , 10 ga or heaver,
taken to the outside and arranged so you can plug
it into shore power.
You will also want to rewire the air conditioner the same
way into the new fuse box.
Next route a heavy cord from your main fuse box input
up to your DC to AC innverter.
This will run all your outlets on the inverter but keep your AC and
Univolt on shore power.
