I don't know how difficult it would be to install a furnace, but remember: 
you could heat the trailer on mildly cold days using a heat strip in the 
air conditioner. You could also consider an air conditioner with heat pump 
option.

There are propane catalytic heaters that can be easily installed. Don't 
know how safe they are.
