Re: [A/S] Diesel fuel availability



I am sorry,     I thought that if you see one Green pump in a
line of other colors form 50 feet away the color Green would
just be a tip off that it MIGHT be Diesel.
One still should keep your head turned on and READ before
you put it in.
Most stations follow the standard of green but if you go north
or south of the boarder it may be some other standard.

Someone said that Canada diesel is yellow.... I was told that
was Off Road fuel.   In the states it is red for off road.

Water filter need not be changed so often unless you buy
fuel in a small station from the bottom of the tank.  And yes,
most have a drain you can check if you feel worried.

The most important thing with a diesel truck is Don't let it
run out of fuel..   You need to get the air out of the lines and
it could bring up a lot of junk from your tank bottom like
water and dirt..   This is the time to check your filter.
