[A/S] Door Problem

About a year ago we nearly lost our door.  We pulled into a rest stop for 
lunch and when we unlocked the door it nearly fell off.  The screws in the upper 
hinge had sheared off and the lower hinge was all that was holding it.  We 
always travel with a 'wedge' in the handle and credit that with the fact that we 
didn't lose it during travel.  We literally taped it shut, replaced the wedge, 
and drove very carefully to our next stop.  We called Bill Thomas in St. 
Louis and talked with Glenn Thomas - he had never heard of this happening before.

Our door has never fit very well - it always gaps out at the top.  We had it 
worked on a couple of times and finally just gave up.  When they worked on it, 
they used a brace to try to bend the door to fit the frame.  We thought maybe 
this is what had weakened the screws.

Anyway, Glenn walked us through the fix.  The screws are actually bolts and 
we had to get to the inside of the wall to remove the other end.  We lifted the 
wall covering back, cut out a piece of the aluminum which exposed the outer 
shell and the remained of the bolts.  Leroy replaced the bolts with a high 
tensile stainless bolt.

Well, it has happened again!  These new bolts have also sheared off.  Leroy 
has replaced them once again - does anyone have any thoughts on what is causing 
this?  Has it happened to anyone else?  We have a 1999 34' Front Kitchen 
Excella.
