Hello Doug, A new regulator is where I would start. This is my own 
choice, but I would go to a propane dealer that deals in nothing but 
propane and get my regulator there. If I remember right it should 
take a two stage regulator, but again they would know for sure.Take 
the old one with you. The cost will be a fraction of what you will 
pay for the same thing at a RV store.   I hope this helps, Richard
