Re: [A/S] Another thought on memory foam

that is not what Visco does. (memory foam is a sales name for the NASA developed
product) Visco will take an impression with the heat of your body, mold itself
to you but will REMEMBER its original shape when you get off of it.

not sure what patent you were looking at but no, the memory is to return to the
original, pre-impressed status.

again, my 4" topper and two pillows have a completely different feel from
Hancock's stuff - this is a "closed cell" foam, which is heavy as heck and has a
gluey/rubbery feel to it. Hard to describe but it is NOT every day foam that
you find in cushions, etc. When you get your hands on Visco, you will know it!!
Can NOT encourage all of you enough to go buy one of these toppers! you will
NOT regret it. by the way, this sucker will not slide on the innerspring cheapo
mattress ($75 new, hard as heck Simmons purchased on major sale but CHEAP
quality!!) it is laid upon. it is bare surface against bare surface, very high
friction! I only have a form fit Twin mattress pad and sheet on the visco. and
the Simmons is bare. so, you get the idea. Normal foam would be much lighter
and be sliding off that innerspring.
