[A/S] Washed exterior and have streaks

Washed the trailer for the first time a few weeks ago.  Hey, I've 
only had it a few months!

Washed it with a big squirt of dishwashing liquid and water mixed in 
a 5 gallon bucket.  I hosed off about a 10' section at a time, soaped 
with a soft brush on a long pole, then rinsed.  Let it air dry.

When you get up close you can see some light streaks.  Did I not 
rinse it well enough?  Washed too large an area?  Too much soap?  
Should I have washed the roof first?
