[A/S] Travelling well with physical limitations?

I'm hoping folks might have some suggetions about question about how to 
travel comfortably with someone who has trouble getting around. 

Is there some sort of a really stable, really reliable step to help someone 
get into a tow vehicle?  
Is there any type of really good step(s) for getting into the trailer? (the 
older a/s's have a single big step and that isn't going to work out)
Another thing I'm a bit worried about is that sometimes the ground at 
campsites isn't real level and even -- any suggestions for dealing with this (i.e., 
preventing tripping, etc)?
