The controller wiring harness for the truck came with it, but not plugged
in. I found the place to plug it in on the drivers side footwell. Also
included was a separate 40A B+ fuse with these instructions:

Do only one of the following:

1. For vehicles WITHOUT the TP2 Option (auxiliary Battery) plug in the 40A
B+ trailer J-case fuse in stud #1 location of the under hood electrical
center.

2. For vehicles WITH the TP2 option (auxiliary battery) discard the 40A
B+fuse,  it is not needed.

I assume that since I don't have an aux battery that I plug in the fuse?
