Mark,

Your nearest bet is probably Oasis RV.
The items you need are:
A wheel well liner (the triple axle liner is made up of two dual axle liners cut to fit.
Belly wrap which comes in a flat 22.5" sheet prepainted. Just tell them the length you need.
The wheel well trim comes in two pieces, one the inner trim which holds the wheel well liner 
together with the outer skin and the outer trim which dresses up the inner piece.
