Hi Al!

Why not just get the basic RV Magic Chef Oven that Camping World has? 
Three burners and a small oven, works fine. I put it in my 67 Safari. 
Of course, I really like the original apartment sized cooktop/oven 
that's in my 54 FC. Can you lop off the corner of your kitchen cabinet 
and install a small 4 burner cooktop with oven? Bolt it to the floor?

I'm envious of your road trip Al! Reads like a lot of fun! Enjoy the 
freedom of life on the road!!!!
