Open the door, lay a 2x4 on the threshold with one end on the threshold and
one end on the ground. Push the door as far closed as it will go, and pull
up on the end of the 2x4 on the ground.  Same technique used to align car
doors.  Sometimes you need to put a piece of board cross ways on the 2x4
under the edge of the door to keep from bending the lip.
