My friends only got $4500 for a 31 79' Argosy, in Hudson FL, center  bath:  
But, they did not put it on the web as I will do soon as I get  pictures 
including Snowbird.
The 31'  is a rental now in Hudson FL.  They had even put in  a new dance 
floor! really.
I am basing the price on what I have in it.  
Not pristine but very nice.
