I remember that. A Ford Explorer pulling a 34' tri-axle......
I think part of the problem is Canadians aren't as obsessed with lawsuits as
Americans are.
I this country a dealer would be insane to suggest that combo, and any driver
who goes in front of a jury, after a wreck, with that combo will have a hard
time convincing a jury that an ant can move a rubber tree plant.
I can hear it now....
Prosecuter: "How much weight is your vehicle rated to tow?"
Defendant: "Three thousand pounds."
Prosecuter: "How much did your Airstream weight?" (Note past tense)
Defendant: "Um...... Nine thousand pounds."
Prosecuter: "I rest my case your honor."
Hunter
