Joe, thanks ! I've only been on one caravan, but I adored it. You're 
right. No one should judge the WBCCI on chance meetings with Crabby 
Appleton (Rotten to the Core !) or chance encouters with retired Rear 
Admirals in charge of my way or the highway.

  The International is a bad introduction as well.  Baking hot, way too 
many people squished together for way too long, a logistical nightmare ' 
  It's a miracle it goes as well as it does. Managing an instant city is 
a pretty daunting task, and if a beret helps, why not?

On the other hand, I had way too much fun in VT and am ready to charge 
off to MI. My home responsibilites won't let me leave for big lumps of 
time yet, but I'm ready.

So, no whining until you've been on a caravan !
