We have fulltimed in our 2003 34' slide lounge since Aug. 2002. 
We 'heard' about torquing problems and had 'the door' shutting 
problem. Took us a couple wks. to work it out - it was the 'bubble' 
level on the outside of the trailer was not set correctly. We did 
our own checking from inside the fridge freezer surface (as is 
recommended for leveling all trailers) and re-set the bubble level 
outside. From then on, our door shut perfectly. (For ease of 
leveling from that point on, we also compared the portable 'level' 
on the trailer galley flr, pergo, not carpet, to the 
freezer 'level' - it was the same in our case so we no longer need 
to open the freezer to check the leveling.)
