While my coach has the center twin arrangement, I have had experience 
with having custom mattresses fabricated locally for my coach.  My 
mattress project dates to 1996, and I continue to be completely 
satisfied with the comfort and durability of the mattresses that 
Lebeda Mattress Factory (Dubuque, Iowa) {http://www.lebeda.com/} made 
for my coach.  I went with their premium supreme-firm mattresses 
without the pillow top and couldn't be happier - - in fact when it 
came time for a new bed-set for my home bedroom I purchased the same 
mattress line for home use as well.  There was a slight up-charge of 
$75.00 per piece for the custom sizing, but given the fantastic 
results it was well worth the cost.
